Why did I bring this episode to life?
As a woman in a male-dominated industry, I recognise the need for strong women role models in the workforce and our personal lives. Having a set of panellists from male-dominated industries like Martial Arts and Banking, we explored the endeavours towards diversity, celebrate inclusivity, and explore ways to improve gender equality.
