Listening and reading the stories that the attendees and panellists of the session have shared regarding their experiences working with disabilities has been truly enlightening. We had kickstarted a conversation on compassion and inclusivity, and pledged individual ways we can promote an inclusive workforce. This has undoubtedly sowed a seed in forming a diverse workforce among young working professionals.
Why did I bring this episode to life?
As we are fortunate enough to join in on conversations with students with learning and physical disabilities during our engagements with universities, we felt a deep need to open up these conversations to everyone else. It is truly important to start a conversation regarding inclusivity and the ways to get there.
