The GenM Book Cafe kicked off with an electrifying week-long Book Donation Drive by Maybankers! We extended our originally planned three-day GenM Book Cafe to five days due to the overwhelming response from book enthusiasts. Collaborating with Bondfire, the non-profit mentorship organisation, event proceeds will fund their student development program at the GenM Global Summit! Why did I bring this episode to life?
The idea started from wanting to find a way to develop and empower youths, and that’s where we stumbled upon Bondfire and decided to collaborate with them! Being able to successfully help Bondfire to raise funds through the GenM Book Cafe has definitely been such a fulfilling experience, while allowing books lovers to repurpose their old books for a good cause!
