His session spoke about confidently embracing one’s self in the workplace, learning how to be comfortable in your own skin and eventually learning how to express yourself truly left an impact for audience. To top it all off, Ceddy gave a word of advice as a form of encouragement to all youths whereby they can simply achieve all that they desire, not just through confidence but also with determination and grit.

As a fresh graduate who just entered the workforce, I tend to struggle with my self-esteem, self-worth and contribution in the workplace.
