Outside of EMPCOMM or walking past in the halls, we had some real time with three young leaders of the bank - Sophia Ang, Hani Nazrina, and Mithali Mittra. In this Episode, we learnt that our career journey is never going to be a smooth ride as we work with people who are diverse in age, background, and styles of working. As youths, we take it as a chance to show our worth and that we do have something to offer. In the middle of grinding and thriving in our career, we also need to have that sacred time to disconnect ourselves from work. Be it yoga, theatre or even roller skating, find something that we enjoy doing outside of work. We hope that their stories have inspired and motivated the rest of us to achieve greater heights.
