Positive vibes only! In this Episode, our trainers Jojo and Michael helped us rewire our mindsets to let go of our negative thoughts and embrace the positive ones. Through correct breathing techniques and words of affirmation, we were able to disconnect from our bustling lives and be content with ourselves then reconnecting to the reality. Words, in fact do, change our perception in life.
In today's environment, we are constantly plugged in be it through our electronic devices or our daily commitments and responsibilities. Because of that, we may often neglect the importance of taking time out to disconnect from all those attachments and reconnect with our base selves to improve our mental health.
